Manufacturer Set-Up Charges: Please note that most or all suppliers have additional charges applied to orders. Manufacturer set-up charges, electronic proofs, samples, second or multiple color or second location imprints are just a few of the examples that manufacturers typically charge for. In some cases there can even be charges if you change an order once you are at the proof stage. At beast promo we try to provide you will all details on your order relating to costs, as well as estimated shipping costs. It’s always a good idea to request a quote before placing an order.
Rush Charges: Manufacturers have stated production times for all orders. Here too it is always a good idea to provide an in hand date for your order – that way, if the item you are ordering cannot be fulfilled by that date, we can provide you with RUSH services, if available, and let you know what the additional costs will be for RUSH services.
Less Than Minimum Charges: All manufacturers have a minimum quantity for ordering a particular item. If you don’t need the amount of the minimum and want to get less, beast promo can provide you with an alternative manufacturer that might have lower minimum quantities or in some cases, see if the manufacturer offers a “less than minimum” order in which case, there is typically an additional fee and a higher cost per item.
Overs/Unders: In the world of promotional products, overs and unders are common practices by manufacturers and the general rule of thumb is orders are subject to production of overs/unders of 10% of your indicated quantity. You will be charged for the amount delivered. In some cases, you may request “exact quantity” but here too, manufacturers typically charge a fee for this request.
